Not counting incoming trades

Post Not counting incoming trades

My incoming trades are not being counted, I am only getting No Cookies being counted. I currently have:
"<?php include("ttt-in.php"); ?>" in the head section.

The url in question is http://www.girlsinpantyhose.info

All help is greatly appreciated.

rename index.html to index.php
